we firmly stand behind the quality of our products which is why we are happy to replace a styling tool under warranty at no cost. we kindly and simply require customers to pay for the shipping and handling costs to send the new tool.
it is fairly standard for customers to cover shipping and handling fees for warranty replacements - not just for our company, but for many manufacturers of various electronic devices. this enables us (and other companies) to be able to replace a malfunctioning or defective tool with a brand new product.
